Miracle chan

Yeah~ this is the new oc of my friend Shizuko-Akatsuki
And I wanted to draw her so I did owo
Also, she's a robot who has ~emotions~
I had fun making this
I used a binary pen and lowered the opacity of the colours to give it a pastel look... Then I erased some ugly black lines on the hair and gave it this lineless look uwu
Then I put some Photoshop and snapseed filters~
I love this sort of glow effect and I think I'll be using it a bit more in my art now hahah
